I hope all has been going well with you, your entire family and all whom you are close to. Our lives have certainly changed drastically in just a couple of months. All this change, coupled with frequent news briefings and dramatic headlines, can cause us to panic or at least lose sleep at night. Now, more than ever, your future may feel uncertain. Thankfully, you know that you have a plan and have done the hard work of making decisions that will set your future up for success. That, plus the commitment and support of my practice at The Estate, Legacy & Long-Term Care Planning Center of Western NY, gives you a peace of mind that many people lack right now.
A Helping Hand In Hard Times
Most of us are still at home with our families day in and day out. We’re reminded of the importance of our friendships and other relationships and learning how to be there for each other in creative ways. We know that you are not just concerned about yourself, but also your family and close friends.
There is a lot of fear in our world right now, and fear can make people do unwise things with their money or just simply cause inertia where nothing is done at all. My goal is to see you and those you care about weather this storm with confidence and come out on the other side ready to move forward, and work closely together towards accomplishing your specific planning goals and objectives.
If you have family and friends who are in need of legacy and long-term care planning education and guidance during this stressful time, I’d love to be there for them like I’m always here for you, analyzing and evaluating their current financial situation and finding appropriate planning strategies to help protect and preserve their retirement assets from the possibility of future long-term care needs as well as maximizing the financial legacy that they leave to their chosen heirs.
I Am Here For Your Friends And Family…Both Virtually And Now Again Personally!
I want to let you know that I have been operating my business on a virtual basis through the Zoom platform since the beginning of the shutdown, but as of June 1st, Governor Cuomo is now allowing personal office visits to occur again as part of Phase 2 of his reopening plan. This is being allowed as long as strict guidelines are followed through the wearing of masks and appropriate social distancing. I will leave the decision to meet personally, however, completely up to you. That is your own personal decision to make. I’m very open to seeing you at the comfort of your home as well. My monthly workshops at the Perinton, Brighton and Webster Community Centers are still on hold. Hopefully they will continue again in July. I’ll send out a note as soon as I hear when they will be able to resume. I miss doing them!
If you or your loved ones have any legacy and long-term care questions or concerns and need a shoulder to lean on for factual answers and guidance, I am always available to chat. Contact me anytime at (585) 721-2385 or [email protected] and we can talk about whatever is on your mind.
During this downtime, I have had my practice’s website redesigned. The website address again is www.legacyandltcplanning.com. Do me a favor and go take a look when you have some free time to do so. Thanks!
